Kerry Putnam

Project Architect

“Art and design are intertwined through every portion of my life. From fashion to the urban environment, I find inspiration and creativity in it all.”

Prior to joining Hickok Cole in 2018, Kerry spent ten years working on the restoration and rehabilitation of mixed-use buildings and commercial interior projects. Kerry joined Hickok Cole as part of the commercial architecture team to foster her love of DC development and innovation. She is highly motivated and committed to navigating the complex design work and team management aspects of her projects. She is also the current chair of the staff operations committee and sits on the DEIA council, working to make Hickok Cole a great place to work by shaping internal processes, looking outward for ways to improve, and fostering an inclusive environment where people are motivated to thrive within the firm. Kerry enjoys practicing hot yoga and is an avid DC food scene enthusiast in addition to being a mom to her three young children.
