You have 2+ years of experience in multifamily or commercial building design. A designer at heart, you’re excited to apply your strong graphic skills and experience with a variety of digital visualization tools to support a growing office.
You have 6+ years of experience in multifamily or commercial building design. You know what it takes to deliver a strong set of drawings–and can manage and teach others to get there. Experience with building codes and zoning regulations a must.
You’ve spent your career delivering forward-focused workplace environments. With 6-12 years of experience, you’re ready to step up as a senior designer to lead and mentor a team in developing strong concepts and accurate documentation.
You have 1-4 years working alongside senior designers on multifamily and/or hospitality interiors projects. You’re equally comfortable applying your sophisticated design eye to concepts and documentation as you are CA on the project site.

We’re passionate about giving back to our local community and causes near and dear to our hearts. We do this in a number of ways: corporate-sponsored annual events like Art Night, pro-bono design opportunities organized by our Full Circle committee, and 24 paid volunteer hours for all team members. Together, our efforts seek to support organizations that share our values and directly serve the communities where we live and work.

Lucky for us (and you!), we have two brand new workspaces designed to entice you out of your home office and into an environment that reflects and supports everything we love most about design.
Our new NoMa HQ transforms DC’s historic Press House building into a design studio unlike any in the city. Located steps from Union Market, the space features flexible workspaces, custom artwork, a private terrace, and jaw-dropping skylights, making this light-filled space a designer’s dream (just ask our team!).
We celebrated five years in Richmond by putting down roots on Broad Street in the middle of the city’s Arts District. Our new 1,500-SF space offers greater flexibility for our growing team, with new collaboration spaces, a material library, a wellness room, and dedicated meeting space to host clients.
