Hickok Cole Creative worked with AREP to develop project positioning and strategy for 2000 15th Street N’s first introduction to the market since it was built, more than 20 years ago. Creative delivered a comprehensive branding package that included renaming, logo, copywriting, broker brochure, tour floor & super graphics, and a custom, multi-page website.

Creative designed a glossy, look-book leasing brochure as well as a custom, multi-page website and accompanying direct email marketing to tout the wellness-focused renovations coming to 2000 15th Street N and its unique, tenant-only outdoor plaza, making a big splash compared to the project’s near-invisible presence in the market.
