Creative took the road less traveled with a bold but minimal identity that fit inside a blind-embossed carrier, with a peek of deep green on the inside pocket. Bringing something new to the leasing tour was an oversized ‘newspaper’ brochure with curated content like resident horoscopes and cocktails from 4040’s downstairs retailers.
When Hickok Cole took over, a stark, cold and elitist existing brand concept boomed into a bold, friendly and sophisticated kit of parts.
