An outdated office building finds new life as a 260-unit apartment building following an intensive due diligence study. Using creative unit planning and programming, the design maximizes window access and creates space for tenant storage, a two-story coworking space, and a new penthouse with shared amenities including a club room, pool, and outdoor terraces featuring views of the White House and Washington Monument.
