Nestled in a community of townhomes in Washington, DC’s Fort Lincoln neighborhood, The Jamison is a 236-unit multi-family development overlooking a nearby park conservation area. Massive windows provide a direct connection to the greenery around the exterior patio. The heavily amenitized courtyard offers residents a number of seating and dining areas, outdoor yoga space, and grilling stations.

A common thread in the design is the concept of home and a connection to nature. With the nearby wetlands, and 360-degree unobstructed green views, one of the most unique features of the building is its indoor-outdoor gym which provides a restorative element of relaxation during gym sessions and offers another opportunity for residents to connect with their surroundings.

At a mid-market price point, units are designed to appeal to a wide audience and consist of a range of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms with large living spaces and balconies overlooking the landscaped courtyard and wetlands.
