F1RST recognized by Washington Post and Delta Associates Awards for Excellence

It’s been a big week for F1RST Residences in DC’s booming Capitol Riverfront district. The new 300,000 SF, 325-unit luxury apartment building earned a spot on Washington Posts‘s coveted Best of DC list for Best New Apartment Building, as voted by readers.

The project was also recognized at Delta Associates’ 21st Annual Washington/Baltimore Multifamily Market Overview & Awards for Excellence event on Wednesday with an award for Best Washington/Baltimore Mixed-Use Apartment Community. We were there to accept the award, alongside project partners Grosvenor Americas, McCaffery Interests and Clark Enterprises.
