As Principal and Director of Housing at Hickok Cole, Laurence Caudle leads a diverse team of designers helping to push the multifamily market forward in the District and beyond. In addition to guiding the firm’s residential, mixed-use, and master planning developments, Laurence also spearheads Hickok Cole’s internal research and external advocacy for the use of modular, cross-laminated timber, and wood-frame technologies to address broader affordability and sustainability concerns in the housing market. His projects have been featured in MIMAR Magazine, Architectural Record, and Architectural Digest, and recognized with awards by AIA|DC, Architectural Digest, Multi-Housing News, ULI Washington, and NAIOP DC|MD. Laurence is a Registered Architect in the District of Columbia and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.
