Laurence leads a diverse team of designers driving the mixed-use multifamily market forward nationally. He is a recognized expert in adaptive reuse and has led the design of countless office-to-residential conversion projects. Laurence spearheads internal research and external advocacy for the use of modular, cross-laminated timber, and wood-frame technologies to address current housing affordability and sustainability concerns. Laurence is also a husband, father, and established regular at Conference Room NE (aka St. Anselm).
