Park + Ford

Hickok Cole partnered with LOWE for this office conversion once on forestland owned by George Washington. From the beginning, the transition from two funky office buildings to one high-end residential community prompted a conversation: turn Alexandria history on its head with the meeting of inside + outside, urban + wilderness, then + now — the duality of an enriching lifestyle. Thus, the Park + Ford name was solidified, and from it emerged a rich kit of parts to complement and uplift the eclectic design for the community.
