A true mixed-use development combining ground-floor retail, office, and residential, 3140 Washington reimagines the Clarendon Sector Plan. The design focuses on expressing each use while also providing clarity to a frenetic urban environment with a strong three-story podium along the Boulevard. The residential community oriented above will focus on health and wellness with large outdoor areas and generous private balconies. The project is currently in design review as a part of the Arlington County 4.1 approvals process.
