This mid-density wood frame mixed-use multifamily development brings 300 units of residential, 5,000 SF of retail, and 150,000 SF of self-storage space to an evolving suburban neighborhood.

Expanding on their successful Tysons development at The Mile, Kettler sought to create a unique mixed-use development incorporating an on-site public storage facility with their signature multifamily offering. Our concept focuses on the building’s role in the broader community, taking advantage of the 5,000 SF of allotted retail to enliven the pedestrian experience and draw the eye upward through the strategic use of color and materials.
