Jason Wright

Director of Technical Operations

“I’m fascinated by the repositioning process; peeling back the onion and figuring out how we can breathe new life into a space.”

With over 20 years of experience in design and construction, Jason’s specialty lies in the details and how buildings are assembled to reinforce the design concept, making him an excellent project architect. As Director of Technical Operations, he is responsible for training and mentoring the firm’s project architects and managing the quality of the firm’s technical drawings. From navigating the code and entitlement process for DC’s first-ever mass timber renovation to serving on Hickok Cole’s Project Technology and Quality Control Committees, his expert precision and sheer ability to synthesize and apply technical details at rapid speed never fails to impress. Beyond his role in award-winning projects, Jason is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking with his family, sipping Jefferson Reserve Whiskey by the campfire, and rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams — go Red Sox!
