“I strive to create environments that truly support the people who move through them every day.”

Maureen brings more than a decade of experience designing award-winning commercial, lifestyle, federal, and entertainment spaces across the U.S. Her attention to detail and appreciation for authenticity have created dozens of welcoming, vibrant environments that tell their own individual stories. As an NCIDQ and WELL AP-certified designer, Maureen is committed to crafting meaningful, sustainable spaces that support health and well-being, balancing thoughtful space planning with designs that feel distinctly human. Originally from Plano, TX, Maureen’s path to design began early. She spent her childhood drawing houses, rearranging her bedroom, and perfecting floor plans in The Sims long before she realized those instincts could shape a career. Having recently relocated to DC with her husband, who serves in the Army, Maureen is excited to put down roots and grow lasting relationships within the local design community. Outside the office, she enjoys paddleboarding, gardening, dine-in movie nights, and staying active. Fun fact: as a former four-year NCAA All-American swimmer, she once held the Big XII Conference record in both the 1,000-yard and 1,650-yard freestyle!
