Parc View Welcomes VCU Students

We’re thrilled to announce the completion (and quick leasing) of Parc View at Commonwealth, our new sixteen-story student housing project for Pinecrest. Our Richmond-based architects and interior designers collaborated to create a building located just steps away from VCU that is more than just a place to live; it’s a space where students can thrive, connect, and let their creativity flow.

Our team transformed a site that formerly housed a parking lot into a vibrant community hub. The ground floor features amenities like a co-working lounge, coffee bar, and double-height windows that flood the space with light. On higher floors, study rooms and collaborative spaces, including a maker’s studio, cater to students pursuing creative fields.

Residents can choose from one- to four-bedroom furnished apartments, each with a private bathroom, designed with resilient materials to accommodate student life. The sky lounge and rooftop terrace offer panoramic views of Richmond, complete with coworking rooms, fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces.

“Parc View is more than just housing, it’s a place to foster creativity, collaboration, and community,” says Starr Ashcraft, Interim Director Hickok Cole’s Richmond Office. “By creating accessible, thoughtfully designed spaces, we’re enhancing the student experience.”

With rooftop views, cozy nooks, and plenty creative spaces, Parc View has (literally) taken the art of student living to new heights!  Read more about the project in this project snapshot and on our website.
