St. Albans Lofts

St. Albans Lofts is an urban sweet spot that delivers vibrant spaces for balanced lifestyles. This project represents the perfect blend of organic influences and urban rhythm, allowing city life and nature to breathe as one.

Part of a larger mixed-use development project, St. Albans Lofts is a two-building development with over 400 residential units and 5,000 SF of ground-floor retail space. Its location in the North Hills Innovation District perfectly positions it in a dynamic neighborhood with local eateries, artisanal shops, and a wide array of trails and parks.

St. Albans is designed to cultivate a live-work-play culture. Coworking spaces, expansive clubrooms, and fully equipped entertainment lounges cater to the city’s fast-paced, social energy while the interiors provide an elegant contrast, drawing inspiration from the surrounding forest and creek.

The transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces are intentionally choreographed to echo a natural progression. As you move through the building, ceiling heights shift, starting with more intimate, lower‑lit zones wrapped in brick and concrete, then opening dramatically into brighter, lofted volumes where the ceilings rise again.
