Fox Hollow delivers a total of 133 age-restricted rental residences tailored specifically to the 55+ community. Drawing from the surrounding rolling farmland, Fox Hollow’s design concept is intended to create a living experience that is grounded, serene, and thoughtfully crafted. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, illuminating the warm, rustic materiality that speaks to the region’s rural countryside heritage. Wood tones, tactile finishes, and layered materials are balanced with clean architectural lines and refined detailing, establishing a lasting sense of luxury through artistry.

Central to the design is the concept of the hearth, a symbolic anchor that encourages gathering, comfort, and connection. This theme of warmth can be seen throughout the interiors where spaces allow residents to feel equally at home in moments of solitude and shared experience. The design prioritizes longevity, allowing modern comfort to coexist seamlessly with historically informed design and creating a space that feels familiar and forward-looking.
