Greg has 20+ years of professional design experience focused on urban mixed-use developments anchored by high-rise multifamily. He’s designed 2,800 multifamily units across both new construction and office-to-residential conversion projects and has successfully led teams through the Washington, DC PUD and Arlington County 4.1 jurisdictional approval processes. Known for his technical expertise, Greg specializes in delivering concise and coordinated design documents for complex projects. He even led the development of office-wide construction document and unit design standards to help all project teams meet the high level of quality his discerning eye expects—thanks, Greg!
