Meet Rishon Seaborn

If you’re out and about attending industry events around the DC or Richmond regions, you’ll likely see a new face representing Hickok Cole. Meet Rishon Seaborn, Assoc. AIA, NOMA, our new Business Development Manager.

Rishon brings experience across architecture, international program management, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for building relationships that strengthen collaboration and create lasting partnerships. In her role, she’ll help lead business development efforts across the firm while connecting with clients, industry organizations, and partners throughout the region and across the US.

Originally from Queens, New York, Rishon spent her formative years in New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking (aiming to visit at least one national park each year), playing board games, and the occasional reality TV binge.
