Hickok Cole shines at the 2023 IDEA Awards

The Richmond, VA interior design community gathered at the Westwood Club on November 20th for a festive Friday evening celebrating the winners of the IDEA Awards, co-hosted by IIDA VA/WV and ASID Virgina chapters. Two Hickok Cole projects named among them with team members Jessica Zullo, Emily Rickman, Andres Gonzalez, and Jenna Lund in attendance to accept on behalf of the teams.

Building on the celebration from the AIA Richmond Awards the night before, The Current was recognized with an award for in the Multifamily category. This mixed-use project was designed as a catalyst for the burgeoning Manchester neighborhood, and we’re thrilled to see it honored for both architectural and interior design excellence.

And the night didn’t end there! For the second year in a row, a Hickok Cole project was recognized as the winner of Best IDEA, the program’s version of best-in-show. Congratulations to the Wellsmith Apartments team for bringing home the night’s biggest honor and adding to this project’s long list of achievements.
