The Reserve at Clarendon Centre

The Reserve at Clarendon Centre celebrates the art of sustainable design while blending a timeless, classic elegance with the conveniences of modern living. This extensive public area transformation was driven by a deep respect for the building’s original character and a commitment to environmental responsibility. The renovation is a testament to thoughtful design that honors the past while embracing the future. By integrating reclaimed materials and chic amenities, residents can enjoy a refined yet contemporary living experience.

Inspired by the gracious gardens of English manor houses, the interiors now evoke a sense of tranquil luxury. Over 85% of the classically inspired millwork and trim were meticulously reclaimed and refinished, seamlessly integrating the heritage elements into a refreshed, contemporary design. The lobby palette and textures reflect the natural world, with soothing colors and verdant accent hues and organic materials creating a calming atmosphere.

The renovation responded to the evolving needs of residents, particularly those who work from home. The light-filled co-working spaces are designed to foster productivity and creativity, featuring numerous focus booths that provide privacy and quietude.

The monochromatic green library serves as a peaceful sanctuary where residents can retreat to read and unwind. Its rich tones and plush seating offer a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The former movie room was converted into a charming club room, designed for socialization and relaxation. This inviting space features an entertainment bar, a game area, and a cozy lounge, all arranged to encourage gathering and leisure. The warm, intimate ambiance makes it an ideal gathering spot for residents to enjoy together.

The underutilized business center was transformed into a spacious, airy multipurpose fitness room to complement the main gym offerings. This gym expansion, with its soaring 10-foot ceilings, now offers a standalone environment for yoga, dance, and personal training sessions.
