Partnering with Kimco and Bozzuto Development, Hickok Cole Creative developed the vision framework for the residences as well as the comprehensive branding and marketing package for Coulter Place with a scope of services that included brand strategy, naming, identity, art direction, graphic design and copywriting for all print and digital engagement tools.
