John Bisch

John’s led Hickok Cole through three recessions, staff growth from 10 to 100+, the founding of our Richmond office, and a global pandemic–all with a steady hand and signature sense of humor. With decades of architectural management expertise, he believes financial success begins at the project level and works closely across teams to balance fees, staffing, and schedule. John also manages daily operations, including oversight of our accounting and administrative departments. When he’s not busy keeping us creatives in line, he’s off observing the built environment across the globe.
