Seraph opens its doors
Seraph is officially open, introducing new life into a former Salt Lake City office tower. Standing 24 stories tall, the building has been transformed into a 217-unit residential community that pairs adaptive reuse with contemporary living, while preserving the existing concrete frame structure.
This office-to-residential conversion required a complete reorganization of the building’s interior, opening up deep floor plates to create efficient, light-filled residences. Strategic façade interventions introduce new window openings, allowing daylight and maximum mountain views. The result is a diverse mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.

Seraph’s amenity offerings include collaborative workspaces, fitness and wellness areas, lounges, game rooms, and shared kitchens designed for hosting. Outside, there is a resort-style pool, a hot tub, and a fully accessible rooftop terrace with fire pits, grilling stations, and expansive seating areas. The roof offers uninterrupted views of downtown Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains.
Sitting at the intersection of Salt Lake City’s historic core, Seraph rethinks how underused office buildings can serve evolving needs and demonstrates the potential of reinvention over replacement. Learn more about the project on our website.
