Located just five miles from downtown Raleigh, St. Albans Lofts has officially reached completion, bringing a brand new mixed-use community to the North Hills Innovation District. In collaboration with Kane Realty, the project comprises two residential buildings with over 400 units, shared luxury amenity spaces, and 5,000 SF of street-level retail, shaped by a unified approach from our architecture and interior design teams.

Inspired by the surrounding Greenway Trails and adjacent Big Branch Creek, nature is rooted in the design framework. Amenity spaces, such as the treehouse-like indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge, feature floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light. Shared spaces also include two courtyards, a dog park, a saltwater pool, a luxe pet spa, a fitness center and sauna, co-working lounges, and an entertainment kitchen.

Unit options range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with select walk-ups and private balconies. Each apartment features oversized windows and lofty nine- to 11-foot ceilings.
