WASHINGTON DC – On Thursday, May 10th, Hickok Cole welcomed over 300 clients, partners and friends to its Georgetown, DC office to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary and the launch of a new brand identity. Inspired by the firm’s continuous state of evolution, the new brand reinforces Hickok Cole’s commitment to producing forward-thinking design.
“The new brand is a direct reflection of where the firm is already heading,” said senior principal and owner, Michael Hickok. “Everything about the game has changed – the markets, our clients and projects, even our tools and services. As a firm, we strive to be at the forefront of these changes and now our brand better reflects our aspirations. We’re thrilled with the results and excited for what’s next.”
Over the course of the firm’s 30-year history, Hickok Cole has earned a reputation for staying ahead of the design curve. By embracing the value of research and the success of their grassroots iLAB microgrant program, the firm continues to push itself and the industry to explore new tools and techniques for smarter design that anticipates the needs of the future.
“At the end of the day, we want to do work that matters,” added senior principal and owner Yolanda Cole, “to our clients, and to the people and communities where we work. We’re looking forward to the future, and seeking partners willing to go there with us.”
The Hickok Cole rebrand is the result of a year-long exercise led by Hickok Cole Creative, firm leadership, and the company’s in-house marketing team. For more information on the process, visit http://www.hickokcolecreative.com/#/hickok-cole-rebrand/.
