On May 14th Mike Hickok joined the three other national winners of NAIOP’s Office Building of the Future competition in Minneapolis to discuss their concepts that won the competition. The architects agreed on a vision of the future workspace that is narrower (averaging 60-65 feet wide) and column-free, allowing for maximum floor plate flexibility and daylight penetration. The four winners’ presentations are summarized here.
