Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications, Ohio University
Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Megan first encountered graphic design through her high school magazine where she began exploring design as a storytelling device to further engage, inform, and connect with audiences. Megan found herself in DC last fall when she participated in a domestic study program for undergraduate journalism and visual communication students. After four weeks of coursework, she transitioned to an internship at The Wilderness Society. Upon witnessing the demand and opportunities for design and communications professionals, Megan resolved to return post-graduation. A mutual appreciation of creativity and collaboration landed her at Hickok Cole Creative where she’s eager to work with clients and expand her print design and environmental graphics skills. Naturally curious, Megan loves exploring the city—specifically going to museums and concerts, visiting the Kennedy Center, checking out local markets, and discovering new trails.
