Amy Shavelson has over 15 years of industry experience primarily in commercial interior design. Amy is accomplished in the execution, direction and management of all phases of commercial interior design, with experience encompassing a broad spectrum of additional market sectors including not-for-profit associations, retail and health care. She has designed and managed commercial and interior design projects in the Washington, DC area, New York and Baghdad. She has the ability to manage multiple projects, effortlessly recognizes the amount of directive a project requires, and is adept at evaluating their requirements and translating these into successful designs. Amy is an active member of CREW DC (Commercial Real Estate Women) and also an active volunteer with March of Dimes in the DC region. Prior to her career in design, Amy held various corporate and executive positions in the fashion and furniture industries.
