33,000 SF

Bully Pulpit Interactive’s new home connects their growing staff across 33,000 SF of a historic building near Lafayette Square. The design amplifies the buildings historic architecture with exposed concrete, natural brick, high open ceilings, and warm wood finishes. Split across two floors, an interconnecting stair is introduced to help employees feel connected and engaged with one another. Bully Pulpit’s entrance level incorporates a reception area, large café space, flexible multi-purpose room, and work-space. The upper level introduces additional teaming rooms, work-space, and an entrance to an outdoor terrace. While site lines are open between work space and community areas, innovative acoustic products, furniture solutions, and a high-quantity of teaming rooms are integrated to help balance spaces for collaboration and focus.
